Communicating Across Cultures


Today’s world is increasingly diverse. Those that know how to communicate accurately across cultures have a competitive advantage. Once we have taken a look at the ways in which we may differ from one another, we will then explore how these differences can impact interpersonal communication. Finally, we will explore how to incorporate the topic of Intercultural/Diversity Communication in your workplace and training programs.

    • Three major levels of diversity
    • Five important dimensions of culture
